Approach and specialisation

I provide compassionate and collaborative individual assessment and therapy for adults and older adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges including:

  • Anxiety/stress/worry
  • Depression
  • Life Transitions
  • Grief
  • Issues commonly associated with aging, such as caregiver stress and adjustment to physical illness.

My practice is evidence-based primarily using the principles of CBT, ACT and mindfulness. The first session is typically an assessment to define the difficulties you are facing and develop goals for future therapy. We then work collaboratively to work towards your goals and develop new coping strategies.

I am a registered Neuropsychologist specialising in assessment of mild cognitive impairment and dementia.

I am available for clinical supervision and have specialist knowledge in the assessment and treatment of older adults.

Fees are $220 (GST not applicable) for a 55-minute session and are payable by cash or bank transfer within 2 days of your invoice being received.

There is no charge if you cancel an appointment 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled time. Otherwise, a 50% fee may apply with cancellations less than 24 hours’ notice, and the full fee may apply for failure to attend with no notice given.

Please contact me via email, and I will respond as soon as possible. If you can provide some brief details on what you seek help with, that would be helpful. I am available for appointments on Tuesdays after 1.30pm.
