I work collaboratively with people to help them feel more satisfied with their feelings, thoughts, and connections by learning to adapt effectively to situations.  My aim is to support individuals to explore and uncover ways to regulate their innermost environments in order to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. I work upon mutually established goals and strive to coach clients to become their own therapists so that they feel equipped to handle the challenges that life throws at them.

My Approach is guided by utilising the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy and Schema Therapy.
