Approach
I provide a genuine and compassionate approach where we can safely explore and understand the challenges you face. We will work together to develop ways for you to move forward in a practical and meaningful way.
Many people also find it useful to have an independent and confidential place to reflect on how their lives are tracking and have support to make any changes they want to make.

I work with people to support and enhance their professional development by identifying any individual and organisational barriers to well-being, determine what is working well and areas for improvement. For example, managing challenging conversations and workplace relationships.

Making an appointment
Please email me your name, phone number, and a brief description of what you would like to work on together. I will then contact you to make a time to talk as I like to talk with people briefly before making an appointment as this call lets you get a sense of who I am and if you think you could work with me. It also gives me a chance to figure out if I have the skills and capacity to help. If I don’t think I’m the right person I’ll let you know who I think might be able to help.
